NCR adds hedge fund Marcato Capital

As NCR Corporation's largest shareholder, with a 6.44% position in the 130-year-old technology company, Marcato pressed for board representation and a review of NCR's capital structure and allocation. McGuire joined the board in November 2014, with the company stating that his shareholder perspective would strengthen its governance.
